All quarterly hosting payments will be invoiced on the 15th of the
month prior to next hosting quarter OR the 1st of the month, prior to the next
year's hosting (if paying annually) and if not paid by the invoice due
date the site shall become
inaccessible via the Internet.
Any site which becomes temporarily suspended will incur an additional $44
fee to become accessible.

| Initial payment of 50% of estimated final design cost is
expected to initiate design phase, unless via prior negotiation.
A further 20% is expected on agreement of commencement of site design phase
with the final 30% within two(2) months of commencement or on actual completion
of the site -
whichever is the sooner.

| Cheque payment may be initiated, if in
Australian Dollars.
Our prices are quoted in $AU (all $AU
prices include G.S.T.) and accept
for on-line and credit card transactions.

Before you enter any hosting plan you should have a domain name
registered, with option 1(not required) and option 2 above we will
assist you fully.
If you are going to host with Springer Consulting then when asked
about DNS server
or NameServer information, use the following
Primary Name Server: ns17.go-mama-hosting.net
Secondary Name Server: ns18.go-mama-hosting.net
You must inform your
registrar (the company you registered your domain with) of the
NameServer details before you proceed with hosting from Springer
Consulting.
It takes 48-72 hours to come into effect and it enables us to set up
your domain on our end.
Please make sure you have completed this step before you proceed.
With option 3, for domain
registration, we use and recommend a U.S. site, www.GoDaddy.com with the most reasonable
rates on the internet

Before proceeding with our hosting options 1 OR 2, please realise that
ACCOUNTS CAN BE REFUSED AND/OR DISCONTINUED AT
Springer Consulting Pty Ltd's DISCRETION at any time.
Springer Consulting Pty Ltd shall not be liable
for loss of data under any circumstance.
All Springer Consulting Pty
